Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
A signature may be required on delivery. Please ensure the delivery address is attended during standard business hours.
Processing Times
Orders are processed on business days only. Orders placed before midday are typically dispatched the same business day, subject to availability. Orders placed outside business hours or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Duties and Taxes
Any customs duties, VAT, import charges, or taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient. Luxe Collective Official does not cover these charges and they are not refundable.
International orders
Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.
Risk
Risk transfers to you once the order has been delivered to the nominated delivery address.
