Refund policy

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind, fit, personal preference, wear, misuse, or accidental damage.

We accept returns only in the event of a verified manufacturing fault.

Fault Reporting Timeframe

To be eligible for assessment, faults must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence. We may request additional images or information to assess the claim. This timeframe does not limit any rights available to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws.

Fault Assessment and Inspection

All items returned for assessment must be returned in the condition received, except where the fault itself prevents this. All returned items are subject to inspection before any remedy is confirmed.

What Is Considered a Manufacturing Fault

A manufacturing fault is a defect present at the time of dispatch.

Faults arising from wear, handling, misuse, accidental damage, snagging, pulling, tearing, abrasion, incorrect washing or drying, exposure to heat or chemicals, improper storage, alterations, or damage caused by third parties are not considered manufacturing faults.

Natural fibres may exhibit variation in texture, weave, and colour. Pilling can occur over time with normal wear. These characteristics are inherent to the material and are not considered faults.

Outcome

Where a fault is confirmed, the item will be replaced with an identical product, subject to availability.

Refunds, credit notes, or alternative products are not offered unless a replacement is unavailable or otherwise required under applicable consumer law.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless required otherwise under applicable consumer law. Luxe Collective Official is not responsible for international duties, taxes, or shipping fees incurred.

If, after inspection, we determine the issue is not a manufacturing fault, the claim will be declined and the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Right to Decline

We reserve the right to decline a return where the item does not meet the above criteria.

We reserve the right to refuse service where we reasonably believe a claim is abusive or fraudulent.
